- other content we reasonably believe presents a serious legal or safety risk.
6. Food, Marketplace, and Delivery Safety
Food Creators, Drivers, and customers must not use the Platform in a way that creates avoidable food-safety, delivery, or public-safety risk.
This includes:
- false allergen or ingredient information;
- unsafe substitutions;
- unsafe packaging or handoff practices;
- misleading creator or kitchen claims;
- using an unapproved premises or location where approval is required;
- unsafe delivery conduct;
- fabricated proof-of-delivery; and
- abusive behaviour toward customers, creators, drivers, support staff, or members of the public.
7. Authentic Content and Intellectual Property
You must not:
- post content you do not own or have permission to use;
- copy or repost another creator's content in a misleading or infringing way;
- upload stolen menus, recipes, videos, or brand assets;
- falsely claim authorship or ownership; or

8. Spam, Manipulation, and Platform Abuse
You must not:

- artificially inflate views, likes, ratings, follows, or engagement;
- scrape or systematically extract Platform data;
- use bots or automation in a harmful or unauthorised way;
- evade moderation, safety, or account restrictions; or
- create alternate accounts to continue abuse after enforcement.
9. Reports, Blocking, and User Controls
We may offer tools such as report, block, mute, hide, see-less, limit-audience, or similar controls. These tools are important, but not every surface or situation will provide the same controls at all times.
If you use reporting tools:
- provide truthful information;
- do not file false, abusive, retaliatory, or manipulative reports;
- provide relevant evidence where requested; and
- understand that some reports may lead to warning, removal, restriction, suspension, legal escalation, or no action depending on the evidence.
10. Moderation and Enforcement
CribNosh may use automated and human review to detect and handle abuse, safety issues, fraud, and policy breaches.
We may:
- remove content;
- limit visibility or distribution;
- disable comments or interactions;
- block or restrict audience reach;
- mute, shadow-limit, or suspend accounts or features;
- cancel affected orders or pause related workflows;
- preserve evidence, metadata, and operational records;
- require additional information or declarations;
- refer matters to legal, insurers, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate; and
- permanently remove users for severe or repeated violations.
11. Children and Youth Safety
We take child and youth safety seriously. We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe a user or piece of content creates a risk of child exploitation, sexualisation of minors, grooming, predation, or other child-safety harm.
12. Live and Real-Time Features
Live sessions, live comments, stories, video uploads, and other fast-moving UGC features may be subject to additional controls, including:
- temporary muting;
- comment restriction;
- audience limitation;
- live interruption or shutdown;
- post-live review;
- temporary distribution limits; and
- later takedown or account action.
13. Appeals and Complaints
Some moderation, copyright, safety, and account actions may have an appeal or complaint process. Where such a process exists:
- deadlines may apply;
- evidence requirements may apply;
- not every action is appealable; and
- unsupported, abusive, repetitive, or stale appeals may be closed without reopening the matter.
14. Relationship to Other Policies
These Guidelines work alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, creator and driver terms, and copyright or takedown policies.
If conduct violates more than one policy, we may enforce under any or all applicable policies.
